Gregg Hill has been working with computers since 1992 and has been a professional Network Consultant since 1999. Prior to getting into computer networking in 1999, he worked as a Ford and Lincoln-Mercury tune-up and engine electronics technician for eighteen years, having achieved ASE Certified Master Technician status, as well as two out of three possible Ford Master Technician certifications. His attention to detail and his well-honed diagnostic methodology help him to diagnose complex network problems.
